In "How to re-arrange your list of Keyword and Project Tags,"

The default setting for newly created keyword and project tags puts the newest tag to the bottom of the list. You can also re-arrange your lists of tags alphabetically or in the order of the most frequently used…

However, the rest of the article goes on only to show how you can manually rearrange tags into an arbitrary order.

If doesn't mention, for example, that there's a "Sort" option in the preference pane. Is there also a "order in decreasing frequency of usage" option? Or is the point that you can use the method indicated to rearrange keywords in any order you want, so you could figure out yourself which ones were most common and put them at the top?

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, the point of rearranging the keywords is so that you can put them into any order you want. We'll update the FAQ to include the 'sort' option. The sort option sorts your keywords alphabetically.
