MailTags To Do does not appear in Smart Mailbox

I add a MailTags To Do to a message. It appears in the MT Panel and in iCal.

However, I set a Smart Mailbox to show messages that "has MailTags To Do" Nothing shows up in the Smart Mailbox. Additionally, when I quit and restart Mail, return to the message that I just set the MT To Do, the MT To Do no longer appears in the MT Panel.

   Yes, I have same problem. Nobody has answered about this issue. I wonder Others do not have this problem.

   It is similar. When I quit and restart Mail, I see no indication that
   there is anything in MailTags. Additionally, I can't get the to do to
   show up in SmartMailboxes.

   MailTags interferes with the use of Mail ToDos. I can create them, but
   while I have MT active, Mail to dos won't show up in the Smart
   Mailboxes either. I'm not sure if that is intended behavior.

   Can you confirm a resolution of that issue and see if it also resolves your issue with the smart mailboxes.

   I tried to install the MailTagsSLCR7b2.dmg. But, nothing to solve.
   Here is my log when I insert "To Do" into specific mail using MailTags.

   After quitting and restarting the Mac Mail, this "To Do" disappears in MailTags.

   I have a new release to test in regard to this issue.

   This also encompasses numerous other fixes so I would appreciate any feedback on this.
